To make sure you don't have any worries during the race weekend and can focus on what's happening on the track, we have some practical tips for you.
You don't need to worry about starving during the race weekend. Almost every grandstand has a food zone with refreshments. Food vendors at the circuit offer a variety of options, including classic prosciutto sandwiches, pizza, and beverages such as coffee, soft drinks, water, and beer. The prices are quite affordable, with meals costing under 10 EUR. If you prefer your own food, you can take it with you to the circuit as well.
Before you head out on the circuit, make sure you have all the information you need to save on your phone, from tickets and maps to information about your favourite riders. Especially on Sundays, there is a risk that the network will be overloaded at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, and you won't be able to load any data.
Consider that you may not be able to reach your friends. If you want to meet anyone on Sunday, always arrange a time and place to meet ahead. Just like back in time when there were no cell phones.
Remember that motorsport is very noisy. While the noise is tolerable in the normal grandstands, wear earplugs if you're closer to the track. If you're travelling with children, don't leave them without headphones.
There's nothing unpleasant about summer in Italy, at least in the sense of rain occurrence. However, bear in mind that the weather can get quite hot, and only some of the stands are covered. If you go to the natural stands, take an umbrella, a cap or a hat. And, of course, drink plenty!
If you want up-to-date weather information, we recommend using the Windy app.
